Positives:
The location and type makes the Residence Inn a business hotel. It's a solid choice when visiting Microsoft at their Redmond campus because you can walk to the campus in less than 30 minutes. The light rail to Bellevue is also close at hand. Good wi-fi. Bed and bathroom OK. Breakfast adequate without any highlights.
Negatives:
Room was noisy from fridge and aircon. Go elsewhere if you want a nice breakfast.

Positives:
Booked Residence Inn for a week of visits to MS Campus. The location is in walking distance, but if you have a car parking is plenty and easy near your studio. Breakfast is OK, but basic. The studio is great for doing some working as well. Stores such as Safeway are not too far if you want to cook your own meals in the small but complete kitchen. Waking up to birds singing is a nice bonus. WiFi worked flawlessly during my stay.

Thin floors; I has a bottom unit and the could hear the neighbor upstairs walking around his studio.

Positives:
The front desk staff member who checked me in was very very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the size of the room- was perfect for what we needed as we were traveling with two teenagers.
Negatives:
When we arrived to our room the door was OPEN. My husband had to search through the whole place to make sure nobody was in there. The top of the fridge had tons of what appeared to be bread crumbs on it. The showers smelled very bad like mold. Do better! If people are paying to stay somewhere they want to feel safe and be clean.

Absolutely loved all the space made it feel cozy and comfortable we loved that we didn’t get itchy from the beds
Negatives:
The odor smelt kind of like cat pee but it was from nasty carpet so we tried to open the windows but there was only one window that actually opened and then it wouldn’t even open all the way
