Loved this location; attached to The Bellevue Collection which enables easy walking to lots of other shops and restaurants. Fun, funky, modern decor throughout. High quality services and staff. Thank you!

The "rainfall" showerhead is not installed correctly. It should not be coming from the wall above the faucet handles; it should come from the ceiling in the center of the shower enclosure. One must stand as close to the wall as possible to be under the shower stream.

room is really really small for the price. and they really screwed up my laundry, specifically telling me, two separate people, that it would be ready by 6:00 p.m., and then they tried to claim it wasn't because of something that I checked on a forum even though I specifically asked them about the form.
also the vanity light in the room didn't work.
