The price was decent and some staff were kind.
Laundry room down. Noisy bu the freeway.
While our rooms had been cleaned, while checking in - which took ~30 minutes! - multiple other guests shared that their rooms had not been cleaned. The staff was new and completely overwhelmed. She finally called her manager (the owner?) for help and he came in but then sat down and simply watched her struggle, he didn't engage in servicing the growing list of customers in any way.
Needs more engaged management
the staff told me I hadn’t paid upon arrival even though booking.com shows confirmed payment. they asked questions regarding the Id of both people, want to know your date of birth and your pets names. i paid at another time as I am travelling with a 90 year old. I checked the app and went to the front desk as I could prove I already paid. Savannah the front desk clerk then denied the conversation and was not specific of when the manager was going to be in tomorrow morning. this is a scam! we will pursuing you hotel through booking .com and visa. savannah I suggest you get some customer service skills and don’t deny conversations that I can easily prove and say “Jesus Christ”. highly don’t recommend staying here unless you want to spend valuable time fighting a scam to double charge for a crappy, noisy , unclean room with staff with terrible customer service skills.

Great price and location
Neighbors in adjoining rooms had loud obnoxious children screaming from 6pm till 5am and I didn't get any sleep.
