Certainly not the value for money. It was not up to the mark as compared to other Holiday inn properties we have stayed into.

Room below par, I have never seen a room like that, weird shape, Lot of noise from the guests even during the midnight, not as clean comparing to other Holiday Inn hotels. The breakfast was not good, were bringing for everyone separately. Only 3-4 items.

Room had a large hole in the wall in the bathroom, missing corner board next to the bed so you could see the old paint on the wall, I really booked for the spa/pool it was closed the entire time and finally opened the minute we were leaving.

The checkin staff was great but the night time staff at the counter wasnt too friendly. She was irritated when we asked her one simple question,where do we return the trays, plates and utensils that was delivered to our room?

Room was excellent: clean, great arrangement of bathroom, bed, desk, couch, sink, microwave, etc.
Negatives:
Breakfast was OK, but kind of small amount, plastic utensils were used that add to the landfill, and the tables didn't get cleaned off as people left so that the next clients would find a clean place to eat.
