The staff at this hotel were over the top. Had it decorated for valentines day. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was so clean and beautiful. It was an absolute joy to stay here. We will be back.

Our booking confirmation stated we could check in at 3:00PM. When we arrived, we were told that check in time was 4:00 PM, but that we could check in at 3:00 PM for a $25 early check in fee. It appeared that the room was ready, and they were just trying to catch us with a hidden fee. We just waited, but it was exasperating. I should have asked them for a $25 refund because we checked out early.
