Positives:
Staff was polite and attentive to great quality service! Breakfast was exceptional! The made to order omelettes were unlike any experience I've had at any other hotel(s) and the waffle bar was far beyond delicious with all the works available to top your tasty waffle! 10/10 Will stay again! Pool and hot tub were a great bonus with all the other ammenities that are also provided! And check-out being at noon made for a well rounded amazing stay.
Negatives:
Only thing was the lack of lunch/dinner options, but great options only 20 minutes away not a huge issue! My only true issue, my stay wasn't long enough!

Everything was great, but all the staff needs to be on the same page of what the rules actually are! I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have always been able to pay an extra $10 a person either for breakfast breakfast or the pool, if I have anyone coming over to visit… This time I was there and all of a sudden everyone acted like they had no idea what I was talking about so now I feel like people have been stealing my money every other time I have gone there because I have always paid $10 cash per person for extra breakfast $10 cash per person do you have people swim in the pool. I was told that they were not allowed in the pool, my friends that came to visit that is… And there was no way to pay. Rita was very nice and let my friends swim anyway this one time. But I want to know who has been stealing my $10 a person every other time I have gone there.
