Reception: Big problem with our pet dog. There was an extra charge for him, for which we were unprepared. Your website does not make it clear that there ARE big extra fees for pets. We protested with the result that the manager was going to cancel our reservation completely right then and there. BOOKING.COM owes us compensation for this unpleasant experience!!

I paid a fee through Booking.com for this room of $85 which I paid then the hotel processed my credit card for another hundred dollars saying that they had to have my credit card on file even though it was booked through you guys and I have protections consumer protections through my credit card And Booking.com and they agreed to refund my card for the hundred dollars that they processed because they had no reason to process it yet the charges still there

Upon arriving my çard was charged for room $108.00 plus $146.00 deposit. Automatically the owner said my card was declined. I asked how there was enough money in account. He said he only trust his computer not mine . He claimed he cancelled the reservation and might be redunded
