Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Ellensburg

Negatives: Rooms had a slight musty smell and were really cold at first. We had no wash clothes, & we wished the line/area to get the breakfast was easier to navigate took a long tim, very crowded and lots of items not there l, but really those are minor issues . Oh and the toilet was shockingly loud and long though, woke each other up & probably the guests next to us! Scared us every time lol

Negatives: The price was not commensurate with the accommodation

Negatives: The property was dirty and outdated. We felt unsafe. Our room was ground level and next to a door that went to the parking lot. The door did not lock and no key car was required to enter. Our hotel room door had a gap when closed and locked and the dead bolt latch was barely attached which led us to believe people had pushed on it several times in the past. We had light bulbs out in the main entrance light fixture and in our bathroom vanity. There was plywood replacing rooms without doors and the pools had cracks all around the outside perimeter of it …also the pool door to outside opened up to an area that was comparable to an alley that anybody could use. Our tub did not plug because of the erosion and rust on it. The walls of our room were dirty with brownish/red spots and every high touch service was faded from overuse…ceiling tiles were disheveled and not laying flat …the place should be torn down and rebuilt.

Negatives: Reservation from booking.com was not found. Had to make a second reservation and the beds in the room were not made as well as the TV did not work. The staff at the time did not seem to be able to fix the issue however speaking to the GM she was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Negatives: Hotel was very dated and lacked any amenities. Continental breakfast was very lacking and the space was very dingy & dark. Pool was very dirty and appeared very unappealing

Negatives: no options and out of most everything except dry cereal

Negatives: Bathroom was not clean and the facility is aging poorly. This was not like other Red Lions we have stayed at in the past. There was a line at check in with one employee who was doing her best and the Manager came out to simply tell us that her employee would be right with us. The employee was dealing with a complicated situation and her boss just walked away. It is so disappointing when managers treat something like it isn't their job.
