We had to switch rooms because the one we were assigned was not clean; there was blood on the comforter, hair, dirt and debris on the bathroom floor and it smelled like urine. the exterior doors to the hotel did not lock so it wasnt secure. The bathroom

Staff was able to answer any questions. Didnt have any issues finding it either, the place is next to a chevron station.

AC in room didn't work. Breakfast items were not warm or available. Front desk called my room twice at 7 am because of a card reader error. Check out was at 11 am and they were trying to collect my payment.
