Negatives: pretty much everything!

Negatives: washroom and shower curtain were dirty, crack on the shower wall, sink leaking, one of the beddings has stained, requested a non-smoking room when booking online but room where we were smells smoke, bedspreads have cigarette burns, tv remote not working properly, found a hat under the bed maybe from the previous occupants meaning not been inspected properly, as per online amenities - it says facility has outdoor swimming pool but it was covered and looks like not being used at all for quite awhile and evening staff not friendly at all

Negatives: Room was absolutely disgusting. We actually left and got a room at a different location/motel. This is nothing but a trash place. Bathroom had pubic hair all over on toilet, paint pealing everywhere, rusted fixtures, lamps all twisted and broken. This is a motel from the skid area you see in the movies, it's that terrible. Didn't even feel safe walking through the parking lot. Homeless hanging out in parking lot. Staff acted as though it was an inconvenience to even check a person in. Money wasted, but it wasn't worth the effort to even discuss. Nothing could magically make this motel get better with a complaint.
