This quant little hotel is located directly facing the boat docks at the Everett marina and is also located right next door to Naval Station Everett. If you get a room with a view of the marina you can wake up to a cup of coffee in your room and a possibility of seeing seals in the marina. Has nice restaurants within walking distance to choose from.
Negatives:
It used to be a private hotel and is now part of the Choice groups. It is a little bit on the older side and so the heat and AC in the room is a wall mounted hand controlled unit. Some of them work well, some of them do not work very well keeping the room warm when it is cold outside.

Coffee in the rooms is only okay and the breakfast is not great. 100% prepackaged. I'd rather have a less expensive room and no breakfast or a real breakfast made onsite and pay more.
