Negatives: Only 6 channels available. Included breakfast was non-existent. Poor Wi-Fi connection. I had to create a hot-spot with phone in order to connect tablet.

Positives: The people at the front desk were very friendly and provided excellent service all times. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. I will stay here again!
Negatives: when we arrived to check in, our room wasn’t ready as they had a shortage of housekeeping staff so we ended up going to the city and checked in late at night.

Negatives: I didn't like that they take $50 deposit for damages and charge my credit card. I am a canadian and i get charged exchanged and when they return the $50 the next day the amount i get back is not the same as the amount i get charged. they should put a hold on the $50 and only put it through if there is damage.
