The friendliness, the location.
Negatives:
No one came to replace towels. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was a staple sticking out from frailes carpet that we kept getting pricked. The location of our room was noisy-close to the elevator and stairs.

The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was relaxing although the water could have been a little hotter.

They called it suite but the was nothing special that would warrant that description.Also the picture the show of the room shows a couch.There wasn't even a chair except the desk chair. The couch the show for the "suite" was in the lobby.

THE ONLY THING THAT WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL OF IS WHERE WE PARK THERE. LAST TIME WE STAYED THE CAR NEXT TO US HAD THEIR WINDOW BROKEN OUT.
