She quickly moved us to another room when our current room was uninhabitable.

Came back from dinner to our ceiling leaking water through the smoke detector. Puddle of water on my jacket and surrounding bedding soaking wet.

We got moved to a room upstairs, the last one available, 214 and it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke. Despite the hotel being non-smoking. Noticed a few residents standing outside their rooms and smoking…
We asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay which they agreed to. This all happened at 9:30 on a Friday night so we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay.
