Very nice
Positives:
Quiet. Located off the freeway with the mall serving as a noise buffer. We left the window open a bit since we were on the third floor and did not wake up due to any noise.

Liked the quiet and the convenience of location. The continental breakfast was great, with many choices, stocked and clean.
Negatives:
Upon arrival at midnight, walked into the room, and one of the beds had clearly been layed on, all the blankets, sheets and pillow cases showed a body imprint. When we called the front desk, she brought us a stack of bedding, and we had to make the bed. The bathroom sink had shaven hair all over in it. The refrigerator temperature dial was broken and froze everything.

My reservation had my last name as my first name and they said I didn't have a reservation. It took awhile to get straightened out. Nor the way to start my weekend.

Reserved King suite and front desk manager (Jessica) decided to change our room to a room with two full size beds without notification. Very disappointed on this, asked her when she made this decision, Jessica said that she made this decision a few days before our arrival. Asked why she did not contact us so that we could make different arrangements. Jessica said that she normally does but just didn't with us on this one.
