Red Lion Hotel Kelso

Negatives: Staff was rude and uncaring. Door cards didn't work. Worker all but told me I was a liar and the cards worked. Fire alarm was torn from the wall, room was unclean, shower was clogged. Its nasty to take a shower in calf high water.

Negatives: The Red Lion was outdated, disgusting, and for the most part, seemed like nobody there cared. The "breakfast" literally consists of toast or fruit. That's ridiculous. In my room, there were ants everywhere. I called to complain but they didn't feel it was a big deal and told me to wipe them off with a washcloth.

Negatives: cleanliness, noise. safety concerns. smell of cigarette smoke in hallway by gym.

Negatives: No restaurant, no pool and the price was out ragist

Negatives: The breakfast said it would go until 1030 but when we went ar 930 everything was gone.

Negatives: Pool was down. Hot tub was down. Breakfast was.. .poor to say the least.

Negatives: Oatmeal (hot) or waffles (hot)

Negatives: getting ripped off, the room smelling like urine no running water, switched rooms 2 times. very poor management she was talking badly about staff in front of me still awaiting a refund after being double charged. 2 hour long check in very few doors work with keys.

Negatives: Dirty everywhere, parking lots, hallways, lobby, By far the worst Coffee ever, Pretty sure it is used as long term accommodation as well as nightly hotel use. It is really gross outside of being in the rooms.

Negatives: I always wanted to stay here,their prices for area are a little high,but for Red Lion that's what you usually get. Some are great,but some are not worthy of name. It's a gamble. This one looked great on outside,not being real up close,so stayed. It actually was nice at one time,but is now being left with age to go downhill. There is on close inspection,overflowing garbage in bins, going onto ground,by entrance doors,except main entrance,you see from road. The first room I was put in had a toilet that didn't flush.. They just put me in another room. My feelings wax that many of their rooms may have problems,so they just transfer you,but that was fine with me,appreciated them doing it. Got room like most that didn't look over park but just other rooms,no atmosphere at all. Tv selection,was poor with not many good stations.
