The location was convient and close to where we wanted to go.the staff did a great job at addressing our concerns.

Was noisy the first night and there were a few sketchy characters leaving through the back door on several occasions. Made us a bit concerned for our safety and wondering how theybgot into the hotel.

Staff is very nice and the free breakfast is good! Housekeeping does an excellent job at keeping rooms stocked and cleaned! Great hotel to stay at!

The rooms are priced a little high after staying for more then a week I wish I got more of a discount for extending my stay but overall the hotel is great!

This hotel has very clean and updated rooms. I was in a king suite with a full kitchen.

I wish the room had an oven instead of just a stovetop.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Easy check in with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Even had hot sausage links and scrambled eggs.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and is on an inside wall so you cannot just open the window. I had seen other rvws saying the same so they either don't have fans or they just haven't fixed this one for awhile now. The parking lot was loud all night

The room is old. The furniture had stains and marks all over it. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE.. We needed to talk to them about an issue and was hung up on 4 times, even by the so called manager. Will never stay again.

The room below us or one of them next to us played Hispanic music until 4:30 am we where located close to the reception desk area and nothing was done about it but the rest of the stay was ok

When we first checked in the smoke detector was beeping. They located a matinance person that was already off and he came in and fixed it within about 25 minutes
Negatives:
Housekeeping didn't check te coffee service assumed it hadn't been used. There were tea bags in the package that had gotten wet in the unwrapped cups.
Positives:
Great staff, good breakfast, plenty of parking, clean. Note you enter on the second floor, so choosing the first floor means you are not on the entry level.

Curved shower rod was pulled down in our room.
