We both are handicapped,and room 2114 is downstairs,which we had a difficult time managing!My wife could not shower because she could not get over the tub!

I've stayed at this Red Lion many times and always am treated extremely well. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is always friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here on my future trips to Kennewick.

We tried to get a discount due to the poor accommodations and damaged room. The Red Lion told us they couldnt do anything because it was booked with a third party Booking.com. Very disappointed with both services will not be using either again. Overpriced poor quality, be warned!

It was disgusting, there was stuff dripping down the walls, the bathroom door. Food stuck to the walls and ceiling and the entire bathroom was filled with BLACK MOLD! I WILL NOT be staying here EVER AGAIN! I ended up packing up at 12:00am and driving 3 hours home and didnt even stay in the room!
