Positives: Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean enough (never had a dirty room, which is a plus). Location is excellent and the rate is best in town for a decent, no frills room with minimal riff raff.
Negatives: Nothing overly negative. Rooms could be a tad cleaner but overall I give them a solid 4/5. 5/5 for value and location.

Positives: The staff is friendly and on the job to make the stay comfortable as possible which goes a long way with me.I have enjoyed the stay and handled my business well. I would only like to see buffet breakfast back in action .. lol
Negatives: No vending machines , and one door entrance in back isn't working , had to walk around long way ..

Positives: Central location is conveniently located near support services. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. In-house restaurant and considerable corporate facilities noted.
Negatives: No guest laundry on site? WiFi is fully open and not secure. Satellite TV is bare bones commercial package offering minimal channels and programming. Minor deferred maintenance is minimal.

Positives: The price was about right. Front desk and housekeeping were very nice. Great location in Kennewick.
Negatives: The place is pretty run-down. Moldy smell, dirty windows. The bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy old pillows. Other guests were loud in the hallways after 11pm. No HBO. Staff left large see-through bags of trash piled in the entryway.
