Positives:
Breakfast had a bit of variety each day for the hot selection and for the pastries. It was well stocked, even by the end of serving time. The quality of their fresh fruit, yogurt, and breakfast meats was noticeable better than at similar hotels.
Negatives:
I hadn’t stayed in a hotel in Kennewick for a few years, and noticed that the price for a room has now skyrocketed at this hotel and all others in town (when we compared on line). We had a wonderful stay, but the new price takes some getting use to.

Positives:
Jenna did her best to accommodate us with an early check-in. She understood our disappointment about the pool and said it happens often. She contacted one of those sister hotels Holiday Inn Express and got us the ability to use their pool free of charge. We appreciated her going the extra mile, even though we did not want to drive extra miles to use a pool. We had two kids with us the temperature was 112° outside and we intentionally booked a hotel with a pool knowing that it was going to be hot. huge disappointment. Need to watch for the bait and switch on the booking of this room. Make sure that when you click on the lower price Rim it's the location that you're wanting.
Negatives:
If you're not going to have an elevator or a way to get the luggage and belongings up to the room you need to have staff available to do it for people who are disabled. also all the pot smoking in the hallway is challenging when you have children.
