Its not the best or worst I've been to. Price per nights are fair and staffs are very kind at least from my experience. I have to say that I did forget my bag because I had to rush out after I extend an extra day so I didn't remember I had left my bag but one of the staff name Faith did locate my bag and reached back to me to pick it up so thanks you for that.

There was nothing to be liked as the hotel refused to accommodate referring to no Internet connectivity. Charged my CC the next day though which is currently being disputed.
Negatives:
The hotel refused to check me in due to technical issues and was not able to accommodate as per reception desk person their Internet was down on 10/25. When asked for alternative check-in options I was given the only option to check nearby hotels for rooms. Next day, my CC was charged for a never happened stay at this hotel. Disputing this charge now.
Found a room at another hotel across the street which also had the same issue with no Internet connectivity to their business unit but staff was able to find a room just by using their available records.
There must be some backup way of accommodating guests when there's any issues with Internet or any other types of technical issues. It's just unfair and unacceptable running a hospitality business this wrong way..

Staff not friendly, nobody at the desk between midnight and 4 am, people have to wait until somebody shoes up.
We were supposed to be in a nonsmoking rooks, however there was a heavy smoking odor. Very noise neighbors.
Kitchen was a joke, couldn’t even get hot water.
