Very dirty and unsafe. The carpet looks like a tarmac road, the rooms we smelly had to cancel my reservation for the rest of my stay and went elsewhere!

There was a lot of noise 11pm on a Sunday! Kids running and playing in the corridor, people drinking and laughing super loudly… I’ve called the front desk twice and nothing was done… worst hotel experience ever!

Yes I am terribly upset with my stay at the Quality Inn Motel in Kent WA. My room was Absolutely Terrible. There's a huge whole in the ceiling above the shower, the bathroom was dirty and the floor in front of the bathroom door where the carpet is was wet

This not a place I will recommend , the hallways smell marijuanas . It more like shelter to accommodate homeless . I checked out early , did not feel safe there. I do not recommande this place , it is not safe . The reception area smells too.

Tv didnt work in my parents room. The staff said they would get it fixed or get them a different one but never came back to replace it . Also no elevator and they put elderly people on the second floor where they had to do the stairs. Not in the best part of town.

There was a homeless person with 2 of his garbage bags emptied out by our exit door for the day and a half we were there. Slide lock bar on our room door was broken. No key for the safety deposit box. Ceiling above shower was all cracked. No hot water at night.
