The room was very clean especially the bathroom. Even the pool area was very clean.

The tv didn't work at first. We let the desk gal know she gave us new remote. That stil didn't work. Gal was still on cell phone, not business ,informed her. It was hard to tell when she was answering me or chatting on phone. Told9pm, he showed 11pm.

Yes! The housekeeping came before time banging on the door that we had to be out now, when we still had about 40 minutes for check out Room 210 And just came in cleaning

The staff have been very helpful and made booking a room very painless and quick the breakfast was good and the room was very clean I will definitely be back for another stay it was quite at night and slept well.

Stains everywhere. Looked like blood on the curtains, brown stains on the ceiling over the sink, dont want to think about what was in the bed skirt. Furniture was beat up, drawer would not stay shut so we had put a bag in front of it so we didnt trip in it. Light bulbs out, cobwebs, outlets on lamps didnt work. We didnt get the room we booked and the front desk personnel were rude.

There was nothing enjoyable about this stay, the best part was leaving.
Negatives:
Broken shower, no hot water, broken furniture down hallways on all floors, there was a bullet hole in the elevator, bugs in our room, the floors were filthy, the beds and pillows were painfully uncomfortable, a dog chased a guest down a hallway while she was screaming, the cops came twice for unknown reasons, there were homeless sleeping outside in the grass, and the staff was unpleasant and unaccomodating. We stayed three nights and that was three too many. They would not tell me the rate of of our room while checking in, we had to change rooms after the first night due to the broken shower, and they would not provide me with a receipt upon check out. They said they would email it, I even wrote it down for them so it was spelled correctly and I did not receive an email so no receipt whatsoever. I thought Red Lions had some standards but apparently I was very wrong. This hotel should have negative stars.
