The hotel is quite clean and the room is large and we'll proportioned.
Negatives:
The room was facing the street and there was constant traffic noise. There were buses and trucks passing by that would tremble the windows. The windows are thin and don't provide any sound insulation. The only way to fall asleep was to use silicon earplugs.

I get locked in my room and called the desk clerk. She acted on phone like I didn't know how to unlock a door. She finally decided to come up. She had trouble on the outside with her key. She finally unlocked it and said I have to go I have quest. I thought how rude didn't say sorry that happened or I'll call maintenance to check it. It happened again the next day. It took me several tries before I could unlock it from inside. Not good experience. I'll be back this Thursday but not staying there.

Positives:
Stayed overnight in Kirkland for a medical appointment the following morning. Having the QFC across the street turned out to be an extra benefit.
Negatives:
There were not enough blankets. Concierge brought up one. Could have used more. I think after COVID the attention paid to cleanliness has become greater and rightfully so. With blankets delivered to the room theft is less of an issue. Maybe.

The person who was on duty at the front desk when we checked in around 9 PM was extremely difficult to understand. I believe she was from Germany. We had to have her repeat things 2 or 3 times to understand her.

Very clean, fluffy pillows, good shower, nice towels.

Front desk - kind of pompous. Restaurant only open at certain times. $100 pet fee. I was placed the furthest from any door on the first floor to take my dog out. A parking charge of $15. No free internet.

The room I was given had not been cleaned. I was then given a room on a loud street. The lobby smelled of cooking oil/fast food. The parking was an additional charge, which was surprising as it was a surface lot and the room price was already $300 with tax. The hotel promised but did not provide me with a receipt nor did Booking.com. I now have to chase it down to get reimbursed.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was amazing and even went the extra mile to print off some power point presentations for us. This hotel had a starbucks in it which was amazing! Love staying here it was really close to our dental conference location. Also, Olive Garden is across the street as well as other good spots to eat close by. Definitely recommend staying here
