Great stay in Kirkland
Positives:
A HUGE thank you to the Heathman reception for exceeding our expectations! We were upgraded to a fantastic room and location to celebrate a much needed getaway for our anniversary. Kirkland is a perfect destination when we need to recharge from our busy lives and our favorite hotel is the Heathman. Its an easy walk to just about everything; super clean and safe location with many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Hope to make it back next year. Thanks again for everything!! Niki & Bill

When we checked in we were not given any info on ice machines, vending machines, how to have our room cleaned, NOTHING. Just our key. We had to learn by trial and error. Short staffed in the restaurant every day for breakfast. High parking rate.

The price for what we received. Weve stayed at similar hotels and payed way less. For the price of almost $400.00, I expected more extras in the room. A tub, a self serve bar to purchase snacks or drinks, a toilet taller than a child size and a soft close lid, better mattress, etc.
