- We were in "Access" room and the shower flooded. We had to put towels to prevent further flooding. There was a design flaw. Half a wall by the shower head or different tilt for quicker drainage or longer shower curtain or something would have prevented the issue.
- When we checked in, there was a string of a long hair stuck on the lamp shade, and coffee grind (?) by bathroom sink. When room was serviced, wet towels on the bathroom floor were not removed and replaced with dry one. (Had to leave this specific request on a note for this to be done in the following day)
