Negatives: The facilities were absolutely atrocious. Nothing was wiped down. There were spots and nasty things all over the room.we cleaned the room Before we slept in it, we did not complain because the customer service was so good when it came to my vehicle and what I was transporting. I wasn't gonna ruffle any feathers. But the bedroom we got was absolutely disgusting

Negatives: The cleanliness of the entire hotel was terrible. Food left in the room from previous guest dead bugs left in lights fixtures and on the floors of the room. The room smelled very badly the bathroom. Bugs inside of the bedding.

Negatives: Urine all over the bottom of the toilet seat. There was mold all over the bathtub surround. Some kind of stains on the wall near the bed. The pool & spa were closed.
