Negatives: Almost everything, especially the people outside causing for staff to call police. Not what I expected at all.

Positives: There was nothing pleasant or that I liked about the experience.

Negatives: The cleanliness of the entire hotel was terrible. Food left in the room from previous guest dead bugs left in lights fixtures and on the floors of the room. The room smelled very badly the bathroom. Bugs inside of the bedding.

Negatives: Hotel staff was very rude. There were rats literally walking through the entrance. The parking lot is poorly lit. The hotel was not tidy at all. The toilet seat in the room that I had was loose. The curtain and the room itself was broken.

Positives: You have a lovely hotel manager! He was taking care of the hotel while training a new desk clerk and he did it all with warmth and a smile. I slept soundly, there was almost no noise! I'm glad I stayed!

Negatives: Yes, the smell of the carpet! Cat pee! But I opened the window and I was fine! The rest of the room was great! The bed was excellent! My overall stay was good! I expected less and I got more!

Positives: The location was good.

Negatives: We booked the hotel for a date night specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. Everything in the building is pretty gross, so looking back, Im pretty glad the hot tub was out of order because Im sure we would have gotten an itch
