Negatives: Extremely rude general manager! Dangerously served food! The eggs were actually 80% frozen. The sausage gravy at room temperature in a deep crockpot, not stirred. They said it was from the day before. They fixed the eggs: char black and served them that way, just to be rude! Hotel Manager was super disrespectful and very insincere. She said we were “trying to power trip” as we had to show her a photo. She said she’s “not going to sit here and listen to this” “what else do you want me to do about it”, not caring about our complaint, after just staring with zero response when first told about the food. Minutes after being told “the pool is open” the whole family got yelled at by the maintenance guy to “get out of the pool—it’s closed” while he was holding a closed sign in his hand he hadn’t posted! He checked the PH and said “oh it’s ok the pools open”. They closed it after we got out. They told me the health dept was coming to ok the hot tub, but I question the safety of the whole place. These people do not care at all about your safety or if you enjoy your stay or come back. Major health code violations. We are contacting the health department & their corporate office which efforts will be exhausting and likely useless.

Negatives: Breakfast items were cold being served in a temporary area while normal breakfast area was being renovated. Public Jacuzzi was out of order.

Negatives: After entering my room to find somebody's things, I was told they had a stay over, so no handi cap room, they only have 2. The room they gave must have been the last king, in the place because it smelled like fresh sterilization but there was dust on lampbases and in corners of the floor. The floor had gaps in the laminate which made walking hazardous. Gaps were along the baseboards, they were coming away from the walls. Tub surround had a gap between it and the wall.... so did the air conditioning unit. Worse part; the tolet size. It was half way up my calf, and being handi cap, did not make for a fun 3 days stay.

Negatives: You had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. The guy working was inebriated. There was an issue with my room, though they did fix it.

Negatives: There was no breakfast one morning, no staff was ever around, dirty Lobby, no coffee in lobby, ice machine broke on second floor, the second day we had no hot tub! I would never tell anyone to stay there.

Negatives: Bathroom floor was filthy. Breakfast was substandard especially the filthy coffee pot. I understand they are remodeling the breakfast area, however it needn't look so bad.

Negatives: Our room was dirty, someone’s pizza left on top of the microwave, waffles left in the microwave, bathroom not clean- hair on the floor, towels not replenished after last stay. Jetted tub was not cleaned, something that looked like blood on the sides. Continental breakfast was a joke, everything was cold, appliances kept blowing the circuit, so couldn’t even warm anything up. Staff was rarely seen and hard to get ahold of and when we did see them they were extremely rude. We were overcharged by almost $300, they refunded $50 of that after a long battle with the manager, who was extremely unhelpful, rude, and couldn’t sufficient explain the over charges. I’m disputing with my bank. We will never stay here again.

Negatives: No towels, no linens, no toilet paper. Had to ask for everything.

Negatives: Customer service

Negatives: The room was unfinished, the breakfast area was chaotic and did not have enough food for all the people there. The breakfast lady yelled at people. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no blankets or pillows for the bed. We had to ask for all of this.

Negatives: It was fine

Negatives: The room smelled so strong of paint that it gave us headaches, the hallways and common areas were uncomfortably hot. There was construction being done and dust everywhere. The room above us sounded like it was hosting the Xgames all night both nights and no staff was there over night to do anything about it. We payed 300 sum dollars for two nights of no sleep and paint fume headaches.

Negatives: There were a number of unsupervised children running up and down the hall for several minutes with no apparent adult supervision - realize there is nothing you can do about lack of parental control!!
