Negatives: Dogs barking

Negatives: We had a couple hiccups, but no worries.

Negatives: Dirty! There was hair in the sink and the grout and facility was worn.

Negatives: powdered eggs were watery and bacon was paper thin.

Negatives: The front desk person needed to be more aware that we were expecting to pay when we got the keys or when we left, they had to phone me and my disabled mom after we had gotten keys and moved all the things to our room and were settled there. We had to come back to the front desk a second time, approximately 30 minutes after we arrived and received our keys so it was confusing we didn't get asked to pay when we arrived. Later, some younger people were watching the desk later in the evening and were not as friendly every time I looked at them as I walked out and tried to be friendly and smile they looked away and one person hid behind a pillar while talking to the person watching the desk and had a blue BW hotel shirt on but was behaving strangely, like he was not supposed to be there or didn't like being in a hospitality role so it was a bit disappointing. Otherwise most everyone seemed to appreciate their job roles and the breakfast staff and manager did an excellent job at being hospitable and helpful. The room was okay, was not very large, and had a semi-comfortable bed and pillows, but was very clean. I dropped my earring down the sink drain, I found drain was dirty, when trying to retrieve it; someone dumped-coffee grounds down it maybe?

Negatives: Air conditioning was awful, beds uncomfortable for sleeping. Since air con didn’t work well had to open window for air and couldn’t close curtains to keep out street light so hard to sleep.

Negatives: Noisy and uncomfortable bed, no pool.

Negatives: Very average "beach" hotel. The room had an unusual smell to it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and they give you flat as a pancake pillows. This place wouldn't make it in a city setting, but for the location it worked.

Negatives: The only thing that was a little frustrating was the booking. I selected BW Site, but ended up going through booking.com unknowingly. I selected BW due to price listed which was $169 per night, which is a fabulous deal especially for the weekend. By the time I completed my booking, my total had gone up to $604 & change. I thought that included the $150 incidental deposit, and our 2 night stay. My card was charge before we even checked in, and I was charged an additional $150 when we got there for incidental. I don't believe the miscommunication was BW fault, and booking.com should have been more clear on all the fee's, taxes, etc. Non the less we always chose BW for our travels. This was the most expensive trip to the coast we have booked. Lesson learned I guess.

Negatives: Hotel is fine, but bare bones and minimal for the price. I understand demand is high for rooms at this location during the summer but this hotel seemed a little overpriced for what you get.
