Booking.com website lied about the longbeach BW having a swimming pool and hot tub. Booking.com guilty for [FALSE ADVERTISING]. Longbeach , WA. BW hotel does not have a swimming pool nor any hot tub! Booking.com refused to let me cancel my reservation and refused to refund my money after I found out that the BW hotel in fact did not have a swimming pool nor hot tub like the Booking.com add said that the hotel did. I want my money back! A full 100% refund! For:Booking.com's FALSE ADVERTISING . Plan to file a lawsuit for FALSE ADVERTISING.

We had a single queen room with plenty of space for a small table but there was none.

Positives:
The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. The breakfast that's offered is great. The price for 2 nights was also great!
Negatives:
One thing I didn't enjoy was another guest slamming doors. Sounded like a couple having an argument and dogs barking/fighting. That was unpleasant and I had a hard time sleeping the first night. Also the bedroom we stayed in needed a little rearranging. The TV and bed were not lined up.
