Negatives: Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel without notice leaving us with no place to sleep at 9:30 PM. Informed the hotel the day before we would be arriving late and they said that was perfectly fine. They were sold out for the night and when we did not arrive at 4:30 they claimed to have called and left a message confirming we were still coming. I received no calls. I verified my call history and VM history. They did not call me or leave me a message. They may have called someone but it was 100% not my number. Then they tried to run my credit card despite me specifically selecting PAY AT PROPERTY. I will often use a credit card to book but always pay cash/debit on arrival. When the card was declined, after running it without my consent they gave our room away. They made little to no effort to reach me, cared only about making a buck. Worst is that when I arrived staff seemed annoyed with me and treated me as if I had done something wrong. Even when I showed her my phone and call history she doubled down swearing she called me and essentially calling me a liar. When I asked her to read the number back she had on file she had the area code backwards, 260 instead of 206. When I pointed that out she said no, I used 206. I will never stay here. Ever
