The manager was rude and looked down on guests. Like she was somehow better than everyone staying there. She was like a warden in a jail. If you don't like your job go get a different one. She is a towel Nazi as well. God forbid if you need an extra towel for your child. She almost makes you sign your life away. We canceled our stay after one night and bookings.com sent us to a better hotel, worked out great for us.

The location was pretty good, walking distance to Whole Foods and the Lynwood Event Center.
Negatives:
The guests are so loud and staff didn’t seem to do much about it. I was there for an important exam (lawyer bar exam) and was unable to rest or study because of loud noises all throughout the day and night.

Noise, so much noise… I was there taking my attorney licensing exam and it was awful studying there and trying to sleep. Staff needs to be better about making sure people are respectful. Also, I was right by the stairs to a side door but the door never worked with my card.
