Location will be A+++ in a couple months when the Lite Rail opens connection the building to DT Seattle, NWU, Mariners games, Huskies Games, Seahawks Games, Sounders Games, Kraken Games and SeaTac.

The building looked appealing but was some rough finishes around the property.

Location is good, room is spacious, and I like the fact that the floor is not carpet

I made a reservation for 3 people, a couple and a 12 years old kid, and I was told that the room would accommodate all of us. However, when we got to the hotel, there was only 1 king-size bed available. No sofa bed, no additional bed. If I wanted a separate bed for my kid, I'd have to pay an additional $35 a day.
This information was NOT provided before I made the reservation. The hotel management just assumes that kids would be sleeping with the adults.
Another thing that didn't go well was breakfast. We got to the breakfast area around 8 am, and most of the food was gone. No coffee, no eggs... not even plates were available. Eventually, they got replenished, but it took a long time.
Also, no sign of anybody cleaning the tables or wiping the floors. My table was sticky, floor had a lot of food pieces and (I think) syrup spots.
