The location was good and close to the freeway. The breakfast was substandard. There was no coffee and they ran out of eggs. Overall the food was skimpy.

Make sure theres good coffee available and provide better quality food and drinks. I know this is a small thing, but it put a damper on our visit.

Location was okay, not a lot of touristy things or bars that seemed up to par with certain standards.

The staff is rude. Shower head was dirty and didnt feel like i was even getting clean. Smelled old. Staff charged me a cleaning fee that i destroyed the room. Which i only Slept and showered in there.

One bed was very uncomfortable. Worn out mattress. Disappointed in the breakfast. Biscuits but no gravy. Attendant was more focused on her phone than keeping items stocked. Needed to get her attention numerous times.

The worst fitness center. No free weights. Pool/hot tub closed. Breakfast food very limited. Did they ran out of supplies? Shower head water transfer switch leaks. There is no bathroom fan switch; there is no good bathroom exhaust if any.

The service was poor. We couldn't check into our room an hour early... I had called the front desk 5 times prior to showing up to ask if we could check in early. Each time I called, it rang and rang and then it was like the line was picked up then hung up. I finally get there and we couldn't even check in. Later on when we did check in, the employee assisting us was unprofessional. She had no uniform or name tag on. She was wearing a t-shirt with some sort of designer logo or writing unrelated to Comfort Suites. She was cold and impersonal. She informed me that the pool was closed. When I asked how come they don't inform guests of that ahead of check in time, she replied with a very rude comment of "that's above my pay grade". It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time so that I did not tell my child that we would get to go swimming that night for the last 6 hours while driving. I asked her for her name because, like I mentioned before, she had no name tag. She indicated her name was Lena.
