They put me on the do not rent list after being there 3weeks dealing with constant room change cause black mold, heater breaking cause of freezing weather, no smoke alarm, never had clean linen when needed

Positives:
Staff very friendly, quiet and comfortable .gave me plenty of warning if I needed to move rooms during their construction. Was able to keep my room when adding more days after other one expires, waiting to get an apt.
Negatives:
I didnt ask to have my room cleaned much, when I did, 2 days in a row didn't get cleaned, the 2nd day ok, cause o had to move anyway. I think needs to be better places for smokers, if they smoked near my room, it went in through vents, smelled like someone was in my room smoking, im highly allergic and asthmatic, dont like to complain, my room after cleaned smelled like someone was in there smoking.
