i loved the suite and how set up it was such a great space to relax.

staff had a horrible attitude and never looked at me just the computer. couldnt ask a simple question like can i know where the dumpster is to remove trash or can i get clean towels. without eye roll and being talked over. the doors were not locked

Upon checking into our room we found a baggie of white powder that appered to be drugs. The front desk staff did nothing about it when presented with the baggie, did not offer to change rooms or deep clean ours. We declined to stay and returned our key.
Negatives:
I did not recieve refund for the stay, I did not recieve a reciept for the check out, I did not get my room switched after finding drugs. The hotel was dingy and run down. Trash bags in the hallway. Did not feel safe.
