This place is gross and reeks like pot the whole first floor. It's also attached to a restaurant with loud music.

for some unknown reason...the bases of the beds are made with unsupported aluminum panels. so when you bump it is sounds like you are kicking a filing cabinet.

The Continental breakfast was lame the only had two types of cereal which every time I went out one was empty and never refilled. They made me pay $100 deposit and Ive never had to do that and Im still waiting to get refunded my deposit.

The location was good. We could get to places we needed to get to.

The room wasn't very clean. Some of the paint in the room was peeling off. Then on our second night, the fire alarm went off at 2 am. The fire department couldn't figure out why it went off. Got back in the room around 3am.

Need a face lift and the smell inside the room tell its age. The parking area need attention since there are pooh at some area. The toilet is not firmly screw down. The chair has unsightly stain on it and I don't think anyone would like to sit on it.

Close to the event we had to go to.
Negatives:
Room was degraded from 4 years ago, carpet had rips, toilet seat was broken, wobbled around, grout and silicone in the bathroom had mold on it. Room was not clean as there were crumbs on the carpet, yellow stains on the comforter. A/c knob broken.
