The staff was fantastic. When after finding other accommodations it was nearly 1pm and I checked out and they gave me a full refund for the night I still had reservations for.
Negatives:
I was ready for bed when I discovered the dead bolt on the door didnt work so I put furniture in front of it. It is right next to the freeway and the noise level was awful. There were people wandering around outside that were questionable.
