Positives: We have stayed here many times before, the beds are comfortable and it's a convenient location. The night shift crew is great. The night shift receptionist helped us when they day shift girls were incompetent.
Negatives: Generally we arrive in the evening and the staff is great. We came earlier and the 2 gals there said I didn't have res with no record of me ever staying before and to call for a refund because they were full. It was over an hr before it was resolved.

Positives: The bed was comfortable
Negatives: The tub was disgusting; the drawer in the room was full of crumbs, the hair dryer was covered in someone elseÂ's make up.

Negatives: It was a little dirty , mold in shower, weird smears on hairdryer, was actually not what I expected from a Hilton with extra covid extra cleaning. I will not stay again.

Positives: Location and friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: No shuttle bus to Pain air field. I could not believe that a Hilton Garden Inn did not offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Pain Field. I will not stay again if they do not offer a shuttle to and from the airport that is only a few short miles away.
