The majority of the rooms were set for long term homeless people. We loved the people but the room we stayed in smelled of Marijuana, old carpets and old furniture. No room service, no Breakfast bar like advertised and no ice machines. Only one way to enter and exit the building through the front lobby. We had others come with us for an event and they moved to another motel.

Everything. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I had a lick in the middle of the night and when I called to tell about she told me to come down, so they can switch me to another room. She knew I had a stroller with a little baby and pet plus couple more bags and I have to carry everything by myself. At least she could come and help me carry my bags. Also when I got to the new room it was dirty and sheets with the blood stain on them.
