There was an ice storm and we had to stay for the night. The rooms were clean and warm. We check in was at 11pm and staff was excellent as it was so easy to drop cash and go. So many places refuse cash which is a problem as we travel a lot & pay with cash

Place was run down. TV didn't work lamp next to bed didn't work. The one chair was so thread bere and I thought I would flip over backwards when I sat on it.

It was conveniently located by the airport and the staff were friendly.

There was trash in my room in the fridge when I arrived, I saw a bug crawling on the bathroom sink and ran into behind the mirror, the pillows were rock hard, my neck is hurting really bad from them. It smelled like cigarettes even though its a smoke free room, I know its a motel but still. There were also cigarette or something burn marks on the blankets that made holes in them. The dresser drawers do not work and are unstable. The water smells like its been sitting out for a long time.

The one staff member kept flirting with my wife and her friend. He gave them a discount and didn't charge them for a pet deposit. Then she paid for a two bed room and was made to stay in a one bed room for the price of the two bedroom. Then the other staff charge us for the pet deposit and a fifty dollar fee for having a dog. Then never gave us the deposit back.

Loads of flies, furniture looks like they got it from a curbside, truck Jake brakes along with general traffic noise and TV/internet seems nonexistent. The parking lot seems to be paved with cigarette butts.
