Negatives: The onsite restaurant couldn't serve food til after 6, even thought they opened at 4. A lot of the building papers to be under renovations. Elevator we stopped using because it smelt like burnt rubber after using it.

Negatives: I wish there were more options for breakfast.

Negatives: I had now water to take shower in morning Dinner offer was only pizza Remote for TV was not working Carpet in hallways were stained and ripped

Negatives: This property has one section, The Tower, which has decent to very nice rooms, which is what I have experienced previously. The room I booked looked like that in the picture. The room I was given was in the main part of the hotel, which is in a bad state of age and disrepair. For $192 I was given a dingy, cramped room with old, dirty looking, beat up furniture and fixtures, pillows that looked like small, lumpy postage stamps, no chair and a strange smell. I asked for a different room and was placed in the newer section. The room was nicer/newer. Pillows were still terrible.The tub did not work, only the shower, which was ok because the bottom of the tub was a brown color and the grout was moldy. I was told that to obtain one of the nicer rooms it is necessary to call the hotel directly and ask for a room in “The Tower”, and not book through a third party. This place has seen better days. Also, they would not give me a receipt because I booked through a third party, even though I paid at the hotel. I still do not have a receipt.

Negatives: Hotel rooms really need to be updated, I had never stayed at a place that I really didn't like this was the first for the price.

Negatives: for the price and cost of the stay, the room was very out dated and we had an adjoined room which the gap under the door allowed for quite a bit of noise and light to come into our room - customer service elsewhere around the facility was just okay

Negatives: Facilities are old with a few updates. No lamp by bed. TV channels all junk.

Negatives: Carpet in hallways were torn and had duct tape on them. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. One power outlet didn’t work and no coffee pot in room.

Negatives: My shower was not working. I stayed two nights and couldn’t shower . Someone came on the last morning before I left. Also I booked two rooms one double beds and one single, they said they were not ready and gave me a king bed and a my other room normal.
