Positives: I love the locationÂ'IÂ'm walking distance to the airport. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, too. Friendly staff.
Negatives: If you post that Â'masks are requiredÂ' in the all common areas of the hotel, please ensure that your guests complyÂ'as much as possible. The hotel obviously did not careÂ'so many guests did not wear masks.

Positives: Slept well
Negatives: was given voucher for breakfast and was told by the clerk it goes until 10 am and the voucher also said 10 am on it . Went for breakfast at 925 am and it was all put away,morning clerk just kinda giggled and said sorry. Talked to manager ....nothing ugh!!

Negatives: Took me over 20 min to locate my room when I finally went n got assistance. Signs outside u can barely see at dark and layout of hotel is confusing.

Positives: That it was close to where we needed to get to, offered free breakfast, and had a desk in the room so I could work ergonomically.
Negatives: Red Lion is dirty and not rated 3.5 stars. Most places rate Red Lion at 3 stars. I would consider it a 2 star, it's so unclean. Especially, during a pandemic.

Positives: Clean rooms, great pool, fantastic breakfast and very easy to get to.
Negatives: Check in desk didnÂ't explain breakfast vouchers and parking permit tucked behind our room keys. Had to figure that out ourselves. Other than that, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Positives: The lobby was very spacious. The hotel was in a good location. The room was a good size room. The beds were very comfortable. They had an excellent hot breakfast. The staff at the service desk were very polite and helpful.
Negatives: After being out, we came back to find our room hadn't been cleaned even though we had asked for it to be. I again requested our room to be cleaned and was told the housekeeping staff may have already gone home for the day. We did receive clean towels.

Positives: The location of the hotel was great.
Negatives: The hotel was very run down. It was dirty, there was no housekeeping available and the air was not working in several areas of the hotel with record breaking heat. The bedding was dirty, there were also overflowing trashcans and broken glass doors.

Positives: I liked the way it was set up with the different wings. So totally different than any other place I have ever been. Clean smelled fresh, room was acceptable.
Negatives: The bathroom sink was dirty. It had dried toothpaste in the sink and hair on the cupboard. The bed was quite uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well at all and had horrible back pain in the morning.
