Negatives:
Our door lock was dead and the lady at the fronts stated they had no batteries to replace. Lady insisted we leave our door open while swimming so she didn’t have to walk up and manually unlock door. When leaving the next day the staff assisting us said there is plenty of batteries to replace on the door.

My door keys only one worked, Breakfast had NO FRUITS just 4 small old apples. The room had a funky (feet) smell, and two other families that booked there as well for a sport event one had plumbing issues at 1:30am and another one had to have someone open her door every time because the door was “dead” and the card reader wasn’t working and didn’t have extra batteries. Will not be staying here again, when checking out it was not even 11 yet and they were knocking on door if we were done, just cuz we were hauling ice for coolers in room.

Positives:
Location was convenient from the freeway. Easy access about a mile away to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
First thing we noticed: no Kleenex (only toilet paper). Next were the small square lumpy pillows, very uncomfortable. We were there three nights / two days: first day, we asked them not to clean the room, and they did not. Second day, we asked them again not to clean but when we came back, they had come in, cleaned and re-arranged everything. Final straw: there was no hot water the second night! Not even any pressure from the hot water side, no warning, no explanation, no notice.
