The location is the very best. Nice spacious room with the balcony and ocean view. Enjoyed the stay but the room with Sea View is the must from my point of view otherwise you may view the parking lot and won't get the best of this place.

comfortable beds, right on the water, center of town, right next to ferry terminal

Our room was not clean! Laminate floors left my feet black, wiped a towel over the floor and it was black, pink mold and dirt on shower curtain liner, rip in center of my pillow case. The room had that old stale motel smell to it. Restaurant was awful! Had to return the first entree as it had a terrible smell, they agreed that it smelled terrible and I was given a different entree which was not evenly heated in their microwave so warm in one section and cold in another. I took photos of the room issues and showed them to the front desk. They took it seriously and asked me to email the photos. I was given a small discount on the room. The staff handled it well.

Booked 2 Rooms that were not ready upon arrival at check in. Requested adjoining and was told that is why. They gave us a courtesy late check out to compensate.
