My room was very dirty. Gross dirty.
very Old , smelly place that hasnÂ't been remodeled since 20 years ago.
Close to Puget Sound
$--- for one night, door didnt seal shut you could see outside through the door. Roof desperate for replacement. Noisy AC. Shower had little warm water. Toilet took 30 seconds to flush. Shower drain was so slow I stood in 6 of water
Location and exterior entrance
No one came to clean the room during the day.
The room was not very clean. There was old pasta noodles on the floor near the door. There was hair on the bathroom floor and counter. There was mold and hair on the shower ceiling.
The location is good. nearer to the port and other shopping places.
Cleanliness was poor. Smelly room. Wish they had replaced the carpets with wooden floor.
It location is excellent for Olympic national hikes

The view was very relaxing, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was very clean.
No, I really enjoyed it
Very quiet, clean rooms, nice shower, great view for view rooms. Nice bedding and lots of extra pillows were a bonus.
One thing that would cost little and improve the experience would be to offer better quality room coffee, it was horrible. Use some local coffee, that is something a guest will remember.
The bathroom was bad. The toilet wouldnÂ't flush and the shower was extremely short, I am short and it was bad. The heater made a lot of noise and kept me up at night.
Nice location. Easy access to town.
We had a $25.00 charge on our credit card the next day, from the hotel. Would like to know what this charge was for, and an explanation of the charge and a receipt for the overall Bill. This could be sent to us at our email.
Location. Room size. Sea view. Clean!!
Hotter water. After being out in 32° weather all day, I wanted a super hot shower to thaw me. The water was hot, but at the hottest setting, it left me wanting hotter water.
The view, space and location where great.
The staff was friendly throughout the stay. I was unsure what our experience would be like because I wasn't familiar with the "chain". However, it was more than we expected. Great view right on the water, clean rooms, comfortable bed and good location!
Definitely not a "didn't like" just a wish it would have had? The weather was perfect for having the sliding doors open and fresh air with a view, but due to the water, etc there's too many bugs without there being a screen for the door.
Location on the waterfront was outstanding. Spacious balcony was nice. Room was spacious. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They offered free bicycles. There is an outstanding trail along the waterfront. It used to be a rail line.
I want to go back. The bike trail is about 150 miles long. I figure I check into the hotel. Go one direction one day. Stay overnight and go the other direction the next day. There is a nice public beach and a observation tower and an aquatic museum.Fun!!
