Staff was polite.
Negatives:
Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged junk food. nothing hot or editable. Rooms are Old and cramped. Bathroom is the size of a camper bath room. Not a good experience in anyway.

Beautiful view, easy walking access to waterfront, quiet and spacious rooms. Very clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast area under construction so they had grab and go breakfast, so I missed the hot foods they normally provide.
