Positives:
It was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was over the top and the hostess was busy keeping everything fresh and clean. Lots of hot options to choose from. Also they were so accommodating when at the last minute we didnt have our dog and they changed our room to a non pet one.
Negatives:
Nothing really. No elevator may be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Positives:
The location is pretty great and the staff were super prepared on our arrival which made for a speedy check-in.
Negatives:
I had the unfortunate pleasure of having an adjoining room where you could hear everything in the other room through the separating door. The room also smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes which was less than appealing.

Decent stay, leaves you wanting a little more

Location was nice.
Negatives:
Ants in room coming from kitchenette area. By end of stay found some in the bed. They put in traps and did 1 round of raid. Insisted everywhere locally has ants including their homes. Room switch would have been to one with no kitchenette for the same price. Used the kitchenette 1 time out of our stay due to this problem. Confused on why this seems normal.

The breakfast was good, but they dont let you take it back to your room. I had a meeting and was planning to grab breakfast and go back to my room to participate in my meeting. I travel for business and do this a lot. This was the first place that controlled where I had to eat. This should be explained in the on line info.

Great location (about 2 hr drive to Port Angeles to catch a morning ferry for Victoria), and the free access to the massage chairs was absolutely wonderful!

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The staff was really friendly.
Negatives:
Well when we first checked in the room we had was a smart TV and we were like okay cool. Turns out the TV didn't work. It only turned on and off because a sensor for the smart functionality was missing. Maintenance and one of the staff tried their best to fix it but had no luck so they got us another room. The second night there we discovered ants in the bathtub and in the bed which freaked my kids out.

The breakfast had a good selection, the staff were nice & the inside looks better than last time I was there. Also there are 2 massage chairs in a little side room. LOTS of settings!
Negatives:
The laundry room & fitness room close way too early, you cant bring breakfast to your room, check in isnt until 4pm. And there is a hot tub but it was down for my stay.. then the very last day I was there it had gotten fixed Was a pretty good stay.

Hot tub was broken. Couldn't adjust the volume on the TV. When we first got to the room we couldn't change channels on the TV they had to come reset it.
The hairdryer in the room didn't work.
The breakfast was good but you couldn't take any food back to your room which I've never heard of any place I've ever stayed at.
