The bathroom faucet was filthy----black chunks of mold/scum were all around base and up in faucet nobs. I tried to clean with clorox wipes. Bleach spray would easily fix problem. Alert maids to clean better.
Sheets had old stains. Just replace some.
Rug had stain that I removed with wet sock. Alert maids to clean better.
Shower rod was very very flimsy, and so there was not a good place to hang two wet towels. A sturdier shower rod, or more towel racks are needed.
A good bed, and friendly staff improved our stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 1am due to a late flight. The lady who helped me check in was extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff in general were very helpful and provided excellent customer service without hesitation.
I also liked how there were restaurants near the facility so we didn't have to travel far for a decent meal.
